CTF members can use this practical checklist to prepare clean, safe, and welcoming places for visitors and local communities.

Start with the entrance area. Make sure signs are easy to see, walkways are clean, and guests can quickly understand where to go. A friendly greeting and clear information can make a strong first impression.

Next, check service quality. Staff should know the basic schedule, prices, safety notes, and contact numbers. If a visitor asks a question, the team should be able to answer clearly or direct them to the right person.

Members should also protect Khmer culture. Share local stories respectfully, explain cultural rules in simple language, and encourage visitors to support local food, crafts, guides, and community products.

Cleanliness is important every day. Check rooms, public spaces, toilets, food areas, rubbish bins, and water points. Small daily checks help prevent bigger problems later.

Finally, keep useful documents in one place. This can include licenses, staff training notes, supplier contacts, emergency phone numbers, photos, and monthly service notes.

This checklist is not complicated. It is a simple way for members to improve service, support community pride, and give visitors a better experience.
